Classified introduces the Classified Powershift Hubset

European brands DT Swiss, Mavic, Fast Forward and US brands Enve, Reynolds, Boyd cycling & Spinergy will market specific Powershift ready rims, enabling cyclists to combine their favourite wheelset with our innovative shifting technology.

The market acceptance by these leading wheel brands propelled Classified to launch the Classified Powershift Hubset. This kit will be available to be purchased by customers as a standalone product through the certified Classified dealer network. Now, cyclists will have the opportunity to lace the game-changing Powershift technology into the rim of their choice.

“We want the cycling world to be able to ride Powershift and so we decided to remove all limitations and make our revolutionary shifting technology available to all. With the Classified Powershift Hubset cyclists have the option to freely incorporate Powershift into their bike setup” said Mathias Plouvier, CEO of Classified. “The Powershift Hubset gives cyclists, both professional and amateurs, the ultimate control and freedom to upgrade their existing bikes or build a new one from scratch in the configuration of their choice”

The Powershift Hubset will include the shifting system, the smart thru axle, the handle bar module and a Classified proprietary one-piece steel cassette of choice. The Classified cassettes are available in both 11- and 12 speed, ranging from 11-27 to 11-34. The Powershift hub is compatible with most disc brake frames.

In addition to the new partner wheel brands Classified will continue to sell the four proprietary road (R50 and R35) and gravel (G30 and G19) Classified wheelsets through its worldwide network of certified dealers.

You can order your Classified-ready partner wheelset directly from each wheel brand while the Powershift Hubset can be purchased as a standalone kit directly from a Classified dealer.
